In an effort to keep the corporate atmosphere a positive one, CRA employees can participate in the many fun activities throughout the year.
Pet dogs, therapy dogs, and service dogs can be seen in workplaces with increasing frequency. Studies have shown that having dogs in the workplace may help reduce stress and can even cause employees to work harder and be more productive. Our office welcomes our employee’s canine friends, creating an environment that is happy, comfortable, open, and flexible.
Field Day & Corn Hole Tournament
CRA holds an annual Corn Hole Tournament, and a Field Day, complete with games, rivalry, beer, and lots of laughs. These friendly competitions are full of team bonding, and are a great break from the routine.

Hershey Park Day
Each summer, CRA holds an Employee Appreciation Day at Hershey Park, where employees and their families are able to take time off of work to enjoy a day at the park. Many employees look forward to this day, and so do the kids!
Our employees are encouraged to bring in their children to participate in our Halloween Parade every October. The kiddos get to dress up in their costumes, and there is no shortage of candy!
